Lennon suggests that the district court abused its discretion in excluding two witnesses who would have testified about the damage the leaks caused to Lennon’s "leasehold interest.” The court excluded these witnesses because Lennon failed to file a Rule 26(b) statement identifying these witnesses in advance, as required by a pretrial order. We are not convinced that the district court abused its considerable discretion in applying this sanction.
