322 charsLennon seeks damages for U.S. Theatre’s “negligent” delay in pursuing its “duty” to fix the leaky roof. We reject the claim for several reasons: (1) U.S. Theatre had no duty to fix the roof, (2) it acted reasonably once it decided to fix it, and (3) Lennon has not proven that he suffered damages as a result of the delay.
