. Lennon argues that he had assigned the lease to a partnership composed of him and his subtenants. We defer to the district court's explicit finding that "the lease was never assigned to anyone at any time. Lennon, individually, was the lessee and sole tenant at all times and remains the lessee today.” Memorandum Opinion 2-3. We therefore affirm the district court’s rejection of Lennon’s claim that U.S. Theatre’s counterclaims should have been dismissed because those counterclaims named him rather than the partnership as the defendant. 2
