305 charsRobert L. Lennon appeals a judgment holding him liable for breach of a commercial lease in the District of Columbia. We affirm in part but remand to the district court for a determination of whether Lennon’s landlord, the United States Theatre Corporation, made reasonable efforts to mitigate its damages.
