SUBPART A: DEFINITIONS AND INCORPORATED MATERIALS

Section 860.10 Definitions

In addition to the definitions contained in the Mobile Home Park Act, the following definitions
shall apply.

"Act" means the Mobile Home Park Act [210 ILCS 115].

"Applicant" means any person making application for a license or permit.
