613 charsOn cross-examination of Steven Poliansky, the court permitted plaintiffs counsel, over an objection by *201defendants’ counsel, to introduce into evidence a partial transcript of Andrew Poliansky’s 1995 deposition in a separate case. The court stated, “I see it as a question on cross-examination, not necessarily offered for the truth but to impact the credibility of [Steven Poliansky] who’s testified that [Andrew Poliansky] always said he was giving him the property . . . Steven Poliansky testified that the deposition stated that Andrew Polian-sky did not know to whom he was planning to leave the property.
