In permitting the plaintiff to admit evidence of personal property and instructing defendants’ counsel to include arguments regarding the relevancy of this evidence in the defendants’ brief, the court, in essence, was deferring its ruling on the relevancy of such evidence. The court later indicated that it deemed such evidence irrelevant and stated that it would not decide *200the issue of ownership of such personal property and both parties agreed. The court, then, did not expressly rule on the plaintiffs request. The court did not abuse its discretion in its actions. The defendants were not treated “differently” or “unfairly” as they claim—the court ruled that it would not consider ownership of personal property as to either party. B
