692 charsSummary process action, brought to the Superior
Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk, Hous-
ing Session, where Theresa K. Freccia, in her individual
capacity, was substituted as the plaintiff; thereafter,
the case was tried to the court, Spader, J.; judgment for
the plaintiff, from which the defendants appealed to the
Appellate Court, Cradle, Suarez and Seeley, Js., which
affirmed the trial court’s judgment, and the defendants,
on the granting of certification, appealed to this court.
Affirmed.
