Nothing in the record supports that Tenant ever raised this argument with the trial court; and on appeal Tenant did not raise it in its brief, but rather only at oral argument. Generally, parties are estopped from raising issues on appeal that were not raised at the trial court level. Walker v. Walker, 954 S.W.2d 425, 428 (Mo.App. E.D.1997). 4 .
