363 charsAppellant WEA Crestwood Plaza, L.L.C. commenced an action against Respondent Flamers Charburgers, Inc. for breach of contract, seeking rental charges under a commercial lease between the parties involving demised premises located in St. Louis County. Appellant now appeals from a judgment granting Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss. We reverse and remand. BACKGROUND
