368 charsPlaintiff-Appellant WEA Crestwood Plaza (“Landlord”) entered into a ten (10) year lease of commercial property dated November 6, 1990, with Defendant-Respondent Flamers Charburgers, Inc. (“Tenant”). The minimum rent specified in the lease was $3,125.00 per month, plus additional rental charges for common area maintenance, real estate taxes, marketing fund and sewer.
