293 charsThus, even if Ms. Redman had not yet been “evicted” within the meaning of the statute by that date, an issue we do not decide, we conclude that the statute did not prevent Potomac from seeking and obtaining possession of her unit. 10 Accordingly, the judgment of the trial court is Affirmed. 1
