382 charsPotomac’s notice to vacate provided Ms. Redman 120-days notice of its intent to convert her unit, accurately described her option to purchase the unit, and otherwise complied with the provisions of the Rental Housing Conversion and Sale Act. D.C.Code § 42-1904.08(b)(3). Accordingly, Potomac was authorized under the District’s rent-control laws to terminate Ms. Redman’s tenancy. 5
