354 chars42 U.S.C. §3604(b) provides, in relevant part, that it shall be unlawful “[t]o discriminate against any person in the terms, conditions, or privileges of. . . rental of a dwelling, or in the provision of services or facilities in connection therewith, because of. . . religion ... or national origin.” General Laws c. 93, §102 provides, in relevant part:
