321 charsThe MCAD dismissed the employment discrimination complaint for lack of jurisdiction (employers with fewer than six employees are not covered by G.L.c. 15 IB). The housing discrimination complaint is now pending before this Court. The validity of the claims are irrelevant as to whether 15IB retaliation protections apply.
