Count II (interference with quiet enjoyment), Count III (willful or intentional failure to provide heat or water), Count IV (termination of employment and eviction in retaliation for filing a complaint about housing conditions), Count V (threatening to sue for having made complaints to Boston Inspectional Services and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination), Count VI (housing discrimination under G.L.c. 151B, §4), Count VII (housing discrimination under 42 U.S.C. §3604, the Fair Housing Act).
