440 charsMogilevsky filed this claim in Superior Court on July 30, 1999, so he is unable to cast the shadow of the one-year statute of limitations on any alleged discrimination by other defendants since the last pertinent heating period, from September 15, 1997 to June 15, 1998, had already passed. As such, he is unable to include any other defendants in his Superior Court complaint besides Keating, the individual he names in the MCAD complaint.
