367 charsSection 2 of the present Boston statute is based on the prior Statewide enabling act, St. 1953, c. 434, § 5(a), which was derived in turn from the Federal Housing and Rent Act of 1949, c. 42, § 203(b), 63 Stat. 18 (1949).
