7. TENANT OBLIGATIONS:

C. INCOME VERIFICATION. Tenant acknowledges that
Landlord's non-profit status and its various funding sources
permit the premises to be rented at reasonable rental rates.
For this reason Tenant agrees to cooperate with Landlord in
providing employment and income information to Landlord
as may be requested by Landlord's funding sources.
