On November 14, 2025, Plaintiff filed a motion pursuant to 12 V.S.A. § 4853a “to escrow
with the Court the monthly rent due from Defendant Dylan Baker to the Plaintiff in the
amount of $761.00 with payments to commence on the date to be set by the Court.” The
