Assuming, however, that the form of the prosecutor's cross-examination was improper, appellant was not prejudiced by the court’s failure to sustain appellant’s objections. The prosecutor was entitled to question Dr. En-gum about the alleged sexual assault. In view of the weight of the evidence supporting the jury's imposition of punishment, any erroneous "testimony” regarding appellant’s alleged misconduct in prison did not result in prejudice. 4
