Appellant contends that the trial court erred in overruling his motion for a mistrial when Rhonda Senter, Cassidy’s mother, “screamed” at appellant from the audience of the courtroom, in the presence of the jury, “You’ll bum in hell for this.” Appellant claims that the trial court’s refusal to grant a mistrial violated his rights under the Fifth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution and art. 1, sections 10, 18(a), 19, and 21 of the Missouri Constitution.
