Appellant asserts that the trial court erred in overruling his objections because the state failed to provide discovery of the prison records pursuant to Rule 25. The rule requires, in pertinent part, timely and continuing production of any books, papers, and documents the state intends to introduce into evidence at the hearing or trial. 25.03(A)(6). Rule 25 is of no assistance to appellant. There is no indication whatsoever that the state intended to introduce the prison records into evidence.
