Appellant asserts that the death verdict in this case was imposed as a result of the passion and prejudice that was engendered through Rhonda Senter’s outburst in the courtroom and by the bailiffs’ handcuffing of appellant when the guilty verdict was returned. Appellant’s contentions are without merit, as discussed above. The death sentence in this ease was not imposed under the influence of passion, prejudice, or any other arbitrary factor.
