Contrary to appellant’s assertion, appellant’s prison records, read in their entirety, establish that the state acted in good faith in cross-examining Dr. Engum. The records reflect that appellant was accused of attempting to sexually assault another inmate and was placed in administrative segregation based on that incident. Although the records reveal no official finding that appellant committed the attack, they also fail to show that he was exonerated of it. Put another way, the records suggest that no ultimate finding was made on the issue. What is undisputed, however, is the fact that appellant’s segregation for over a month was premised solely on the occurrence of that attack and the threat of retaliation for it. In light of the record as a whole, the state had a good faith basis to cross-examine Dr. Engum about the appellant’s alleged assault on a fellow inmate. See Goree,
