While we agree with Dunn that in order to make a submissible case on this claim he was not required to prove an actual violation of law, he was still required to cite some legal authority for his belief that such conduct by Enterprise was unlawful or contrary to a clear mandate of public policy. Unlike the claims Dunn asserts in his first and second points on appeal, where he relies on federal securities regulations, the record before us reflects that Dunn failed to cite any such law or clear mandate of public policy with respect to this claim. As such, we agree with the trial court’s judgment that Dunn failed to make a submissible case on this cause of action and affirm its grant of Enterprise’s motion for JNOV. Point III is denied.
