293 charsFinally, the trial court ruled against Keeney "because the evidence does not demonstrate that the alleged retaliatory action had any impact on Plaintiff's future employment or employability." This ruling erroneously imposes federal interpretations of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-3(a) on section 213.070.
