293 charsFinally, the trial court ruled against Kee-ney “because the evidence does not demonstrate that the alleged retaliatory action had any impact on Plaintiffs future employment or employability.” This ruling erroneously imposes federal interpretations of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-3(a) on section 213.070.
