. Pursuant to the terms of an October 16, 1984 merger agreement, Wabash Railroad Company is leased to Norfolk and Western Railway Company a/k/a Norfolk and Western Railroad a/k/a Norfolk and Southern Railroad. Thus, we will refer to both entities jointly as Norfolk.
