698 S.W.2d 34, 36 (Mo.App.1985). This lease provided that Wilson would have no right to damages in the event he was ejected from, or was required to surrender possession of, the' leased premises by reason of the failure of title of Norfolk or for other cause. This agreement will be given legal effect. We, therefore, deny Wilson’s eighth point. For these reasons, the trial court’s judgment is affirmed. PUDLOWSKI, P.J., and CRIST, J„ concur. 1
