644 charsWilson’s fifth point is that the notice to terminate the lease was invalid because Norfolk failed to comply with the one month notice provision of § 441.060, RSMo. 1986. Again, Wilson’s point is deficient in that it does not state wherein and why the trial court erred as required by Rule 84.-04(d). It neither states the rule of law the court should have applied nor the evidentia-ry basis upon which the asserted rule is applicable. Moreover, Wilson did not present this issue to the trial court. Again, we assert the rule that we will not convict a trial court of error on an issue which was not put before it to decide. Matter of Heisserer,
