414 charsOnce again, Wilson’s point is deficient in that we are not informed, as required by Rule 84.04(d), wherein and why the trial court erred. Moreover, this point neither states the rule of law the court should have applied nor the evidentiary basis upon which the asserted rule is applicable. Wilson’s only reference to the ruling being appealed is vague at best. In the argument portion of this point, Wilson states:
