438 charsWilson next contends that he presented his theory of adverse possession in the Suggestions that he filed after the hearing. Wilson’s Suggestions, however, were untimely. The trial court rendered its decision on August 16, 1991. Wilson filed his Suggestions on September 5, 1991.
