A judgment may also be void and subject to vacatur under Rule 60(b)(4) if
the “court’s action in entering the default judgment was ‘so arbitrary as to violate
due process.’” Wylie, 143 A.3d at 82 n.15 (quoting Hudson v. Shapiro, 917 A.2d
77, 83 (D.C. 2007)). To the extent Ms. Reshard otherwise argues that the trial court’s
order violated due process, these arguments go not to the merits of the Rule 60(b)
motion but to the underlying entry of default and denial of the continuance motion,
which are not properly before us.
