Throughout the pendency of this matter, [Ms. Reshard]
             has filed various motions for continuances and stays of
             every hearing and ruling by this Court, purportedly to
             allow [her] time to obtain counsel. Each motion has been
             denied and as of the date of the order, defendant has not
             obtained counsel. Defendant has been evicted from the
             property in question.
