         The day before Ms. Reshard was evicted, she filed a notice of appeal seeking
review of the trial court’s February 8 order denying a continuance and entering a
default, as well as a motion seeking a stay of the eviction pending appeal. This court
denied the stay the same day and later dismissed Ms. Reshard’s appeal of the entry
of the default judgment as untimely filed.
