379 charsat 10. The RHC dismissed the petition without prejudice, stating that "if the housing provider chooses to reinstate this capital improvement petition, the only additional evidentiary requirement which the housing provider must meet is inclusion of a current housing inspection report or proof that one was performed pursuant to this Order.” Id.; cf.
