Dorchester was able to arrange for a housing inspection to occur within the 30-day period before it filed its petition. After work began on replacement of Dorchester House’s boiler # 2 in August 2001 (work that entailed demolishing the old boiler and pouring a new concrete base for the new replacement boiler), it took about three months for installation to be completed. 17
