511 charsWe note, moreover, that prior to its decision in the instant case, the RHC had previously considered whether the reference in D.C.Code § 42-3502.08(b)(2), to “each of the rental units in the housing accommodation” being inspected within the 30-day pre-petition period, must be strictly applied.
