377 charsor (subject to tenant objections) upon a certification that all violations identified during an earlier inspection were timely abated, or — because neither D.C.Code § 42-3502.08(b) (2001) nor 14 DCMR § 4216.3 declared that the foregoing were the exclusive means by which housing code compliance could be demonstrated — on the basis of other evidence satisfactory to the RHC. 15
