The complaint was not deficient in any of the ways claimed by the defendants. In the complaint, the plaintiff alleged that the defendants were in possession of the identified premises despite the termination of their right or privilege to occupy it. The complaint further alleged that, although the time designated in the notice to quit possession of the premises had passed, the defendants remained in possession. The allegations provided the essential facts necessary to respond and provided sufficient notice. IV
