Third, the defendants claim that one of their last names was misspelled on the notice to quit. If so, the misspelling was a clerical error that does not deprive the court of subject matter jurisdiction. Additionally, it was not necessary to include the name of a minor child in the notice to quit because General Statutes § 47a-26h (a) provides in relevant part: “A summary process judgment shall bind (1) the named defendants and any minors holding under them . . . .” Ill
