In its articulation, the court articulated that it had found that the testimony of the plaintiff was “completely credible.” The court specifically found that the defendants had been invited to move into the premises and had never been asked to pay rent or to sign a lease. Sometime thereafter, the plaintiff, as conservator, asked the defendants to vacate the premises. The court concluded that the defendants once had a right or privilege to occupy the premises, but that the right or privilege had terminated pursuant to General Statutes § 47a-23 (a) (3). 4
