The 1957 act amended the statute now codified as § 47a-23 to include situations in which premises are claimed to be “occupied by one who has no right or privilege to occupy said premises, or where one originally has the right or privilege to occupy said premises but such right or privilege has terminated and the owner . . . shall desire to obtain possession or occupancy of the same . . . .” Public Acts 1957, No. 291, § 1.
