309 chars[7] In their complaint, the plaintiffs asserted a cause of action based on express and implied warranties of habitability. On appeal, the plaintiffs address only the implied warranty claim. We therefore consider the express warranty claim waived. See Mass. R.A.P. 16 (a) (4), as amended, 367 Mass. 921 (1975).
