On interlocutory appeal pursuant to G.L.c. 231, § 118 (1992 ed.), a single justice of the Appeals Court allowed the plaintiffs' motion for impoundment which the Superior Court judge had denied. This issue is not before us; we shall continue to refer to the plaintiffs with pseudonyms.
