338 charsConclusion. The portion of the judgment pertaining to the discrimination claim is reversed, and judgment shall enter for Lindquist on that claim. The remainder of the judgment is vacated, and the case remanded for further proceedings consistent with this memorandum and order.10 So ordered. Reversed in part; vacated in part and remanded.
