601 charsWe assume for the sake of argument that appellant has correctly interpreted the first portion of paragraph 6 as improperly forcing him to waive future causes of action against respondent. Appellant’s interpretation ignores, however, other language in paragraph 6 that states: “except as set forth in this Agreement, [appellant] shall otherwise enjoy any and all rights that any tenant in Los Angeles would have in regard to the occupancy and enjoyment of leased premises, including the right to report his landlord to any governmental or administrative agency having jurisdiction over the Premises.” 5
