Specifically, Park Lane cross-defendants contend that all of the causes of action of the cross-complaint, and the resulting damages, are premised on three communicative acts covered by the litigation privilege: Hawkins’s June 24, 2005 conversation with the Feldmans, the service of the three-day notice to quit, and the filing of the unlawful detainer complaint.
