399 charsAlice Schlesinger, J. The issues before this court are whether the landlord’s failure to provide its tenants with adequate security breaches *568the warranty of habitability. Second, may the aggrieved tenant raise in this nonpayment summary proceeding a counterclaim seeking damages for the loss of property that allegedly occurred as a result of the landlord’s failure to provide adequate security.
